Welcome to Palmoria Garden. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Palmoria Garden website and the purchase of our products and services, including online plant orders, home delivery, and professional landscaping services in the UAE.
By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. General Conditions
Palmoria Garden operates exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
2. Plant Orders and UAE Home Delivery
We take pride in offering premium indoor and outdoor plants. Because plants are living organisms, slight variations in size, color, and shape from the website photos are natural and expected.
Delivery Areas: We provide direct UAE plant delivery to your doorstep. Specific delivery windows will be provided at checkout based on your emirate.
Receiving Orders: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Plants left outside in the UAE climate may suffer heat damage, for which Palmoria Garden cannot be held liable.
Order Modifications: Once a home delivery route is scheduled, modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Landscaping Services
In addition to retail plant sales, Palmoria Garden provides professional residential and commercial landscaping services in the UAE.
Consultations: Landscaping projects begin with a site visit and consultation. Any fees associated with the initial consultation will be clearly communicated prior to booking.
Quotations: All landscaping quotes are valid for 14 days. Project timelines are estimates and may shift due to weather conditions or material availability.
Payment Terms: Landscaping projects require a deposit (typically 50%) prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
4. Returns and Replacements
Because we deal in live goods, our return policy for plants differs from standard e-commerce products.
Live Plants: We do not accept returns on live plants if you change your mind. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
Pots and Accessories: Non-perishable gardening supplies and pots can be returned within 7 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the Palmoria Garden website are in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). We utilize secure payment gateways for all online transactions. We reserve the right to change prices for our plants, pots, and landscaping services at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images of our plants and landscaping projects, is the property of Palmoria Garden and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
